Go see a urologist and report what you experienced. Ask if you can try it again under his/her supervision so he can record the results.
If an anesthetic can help with ED your urologist might like to look into it some more. Some big advancements in medicine occur because of unusual cases like these, and it’s worth a lot of prestige for doctors to be able to put their name to discovering it.
