Decon break

I have been doing PE for 7 months. My gains have plateaued. I am already 3 weeks into a break with no PE. How long should I break for if I want to deconditioning my tunica?

I break when I feel like I’m starting to over work it and it starts to get tense and tired. I start back up when it feels like it’s loose and back to normal.

do you notice any loss of gains while you brake?

I do. I think there’s a bit of long term swelling that happens when your PEing for weeks on end.

At the end of the break, when it’s all back to normal, there is always some cemented gains left from the previous weeks. It’s kind of a bummer because it’s shrinking but if you compare it to how big it was a month or two ago it’s bigger. This is something I try to remind myself when the swelling goes down. I also try to remember that in the weeks after a break you will be working off from the previous weeks permanent gains so it’s not like starting over. It’s more like moving up a level.

I also think that a months break would be necessary because PE create forces on the penis and forces have a way of toughening up the tissues. The tougher the tissue the harder it is to make gains.

What kind of gains did you get in the first 7 months?
