Correct JELQ technique
So, I’m still a little confused about it, it seems it shouldn’t be done on full erection but at a semi erected one, right?
It also seems that done on a less then erected one it works better on lengthening than thickening, right?
Last, should I hold it at the base so to not have blood flow away or is this another exercise for a different purpose?
My goal is some length (mine is ridiculous compared to girth) and a better flaccid (that in my case needs a lens to see it.).
