Jelq technique creating soreness
I have been jelqing regularly for 2 months now. I have started out much too intense and would have to take breaks. But because of my inability to back off in the intensity, I have quickly moved up in the amount of intensity that I can endure. Longer sessions with a heating pad before PE, upward of 15 minutes has gotten me to the point of not even getting red dots unless I 440.
But, I have a re-occurring problem. I cannot stay below a 75% erect state for more than three 3-4 sec jelqs. This causes the two main veins along the lateral sides of my shaft (especially the on on the right) To become engorged. I like this, because it was my first noticeable gain, a more veiny penis shaft. I have made quick gains in length and volume but, my new found vein on the right is now interfering with a proper jelq. I have to roll my grip whether it be an over or under to take pressure off the right side to avoid this point. I am afraid that this putting too much pressure along the top of the shaft and may affect the nerves there. From my perspective this vein is in the 2 o’clock to 3 o’clock position heading out from my base for 3” then turns and heads under the shaft. It appears to be two separate veins crossing each other there. This is the location of irritation. Does anyone have a similar problem and if so how did you ‘get around it’? And do you think I should alter my routine to discontinue jelqs.
I feel like a little bity worm on a great big hook.
