Consensus on All Day Extenders?

I’ve tried to build a lot of All Day Extenders by the DIY threads, but to no avail.

So finally i’m just gonna spend the money to buy an All-Day-Extender…

wondering what the consensus on the best product out there is

The importance here is quality over value… I want the best quality one as I feel I’m going to be using it a lot.

I use the X4 and it is made well. The only issue is the silicone noose never stays in, so you just strap it down with rubber bands every time. Also, the memory foam after 6 months or so has got a bit yellow from random urine and chipped in places. But, replacing that is not a big deal.

I think you are right to be focusing on “all day” as I believe gains are directly related to the length of time used. I also understand your quest to buy quality… Here are my suggestions:

Consider the LeLuv products (or similar) on eBay (I am in no way affiliated) - but I am testing a couple of their extenders now. While I think X4 is a fine product, I think it is generally overpriced. As you know from your DIY experience, there is a learning curve to extender usage as well as figuring out how to schedule wearing times. Lots of guys buy an extender only to find out they don’t have the time or the patience to deal with it - so it makes sense to me to spend just a little money at first to see if this is something that fits with one’s lifestyle, then buy a better one if necessary later down the road. If money is no object then by all means get yourself an X4.

Some guys do fine with the noose while others prefer the strap and there are lots of DIY alternatives. You won’t know what works for you until you have an extender and try it. After reading lots of posts by extender users I thought I would hate the noose - as it turns out the noose works fine for me - but DIY velcro is even better. Just make sure whatever extender you do buy will accommodate the noose AND the strap then experiment to find what works for you.

It seems (to me at least) that there are 2 schools of thought on extender usage: low tension long duration; high tension short duration. You might want to spend so time researching this… Personally I am a low tension long duration believer but I could be totally wrong.

I’ve had the x4 with the comfort strap for a little over a month now and am very happy with the quality and comfort if that helps.

Anyone have any good results of using ONLY ADS for a long period of time?

There are some chaps on here who have had upto 2 inch gains from ads alone. Most combine them with other exercise. Monkey bar has various systems for sale that are very good quality.

I think you are talking about extenders, not ADS. I think ADS is basically a sleeve that you put on your dick and it stays longer flaccid. I have used vacextender and I just dont understand why some-one uses other system than vac-system. Only bad thing is that it destroys might destroy your glans when used higher forces, as it did to me =)

Sorry aftershock, you’re right, i’m talking about extenders, the more active form of lengthening, rather than the ADS, which is more passive.

Most likely due to the fact that when you strap in with these things it is very possible that the blood flow to the head of your penis gets cut off.

I mean I got blisters (those are not bad), color change (like 1-1.5cm wide red ring going around glans) that havent go away while 2 months break from vacextender and drastic pain in glans so that you cant even masturbate and it hurts bad even when you pull your foreskin back when taking a leak(this pain thank god went away maybe after a month off from vacextender, so its maybe not a permanent nerve damage).

I think blood goes to glans pretty fine when using vaxextender. I dont know where bruises and all the damage come from. Maybe it is the vacuum that constantly sucks your glans when attached. Also you have to understan that I used very hard strecthing force, way too hard, so its also my fault.

I still use vacuum as a hanger and sometime use it as extender. Its propably wise to use it an hour max, take it off and put it back after a while so the glans gets a little break.

My lenght is pretty good (I think I have lost 0.1” while leaving etender) and done some clamping. My unit looks pretty long and thing, so maybe I should focus only to girth.

Wash your hands and strap

In regards to the 4X lab extender and comfort straps. I too had the slippage problem. But I found out that the strap and my hands needed to be washed due to the oils on my hands. So about every two hours or so I wash my hands and the strap with soap and water and it holds just fine. But as a precaution I use a 2” wide self adhesive wrap around the strap and secure with papertape after I have used the wrap over and over again before it gets worn out. I’m trying to use it at least 10 hours a day with no breaks and I,m at week 9. I have not noticed any real gains as of yet But I have gone from 14cm to 16cm and have soreness at the base. I guess thats a good sign. According to what I have read, at 6 months of constant use of up to 12 hours daily use I should be over 8”. That works out to a gain of 1.25” . I am measuring at NON BONE Pressed while in the extender from the top side of my base to the tip. It’s is now 16cm or just shy of 7”. I think it’s difficult to get a real measurement since it changes everyday under different circumstances. Cold, warm, semi erect, completly flaccid , it moves up to 2 cm day to day.

I used the X4 for several months. It is good quality and I gained a half inch in length. It is hard to wear at times under clothing without noticing it. I am experimenting with a home made stretching device that is comfortable and easily hidden in pants. I use a jumpers knee support strap, one half thick foam, a Velcro strap, and an elastic strap. The elastic strap is tied to the Velcro strap and to the knee support. The foam is wrapped around the penis just behind the head, the Velcro strap is placed around the penis on the foam and then the knee support is strapped just below the knee. The elastic strap is sized prior to tying onto the knee support and the Velcro strap to give a good stretch. I have just started using this so I am not sure about the gains. It is comfortable and cheap. Does anyone have experience with this type of device?
