We have some knowledge here about what way to jelq and stretch depending on what you’re targeting. I believe up is to target the tunica and down is usually for ligs and stuff.

Penis extenders can be worn up or down. According to my LOT, I am at 6 o’clock which means I won’t stand to gain much from ligs, and going up would be the best. But that is the advice for stretching and jelqing. I wonder if the same applies to extenders. Any thoughts? I’m not asking for preferences really, but if there is any PE “science” around it when it involves extenders.

If you’re looking for science, don’t use the LOT theory. My ligs are really stretched, but my LOT isn’t that low.

Whether it’s manual stretches, jelqing, or extenders: Down=mainly ligs, some tunica / Up=all tunica

If you use the direction that is most comfortable for you, you’ll likely put in more time with it.

Well, one thing I discovered tonight with the extender is while lying down that if I put it in the upper position that the glans receive heat from my stomach, and it works really well for keeping the glans warm. The glans being warm also kept the numbness further away as well. I just lay here in bed with the laptop and do this. I tried it out mostly because I thought it would target the tunica better.
