Confused on pressure for stretching and jelqing on Newbie Routine

I’ve read the guide and watched the videos. Can someone clarify: 1. How hard to stretch (going to do BTC I guess) and 2. How hard to squeeze while jelqing? Any heuristic? Feels like there’s something I’m missing for this not to be clearly explained somewhere.

Don’t squeeze to hard when you are jelquing especially when you are 80-100% erect. When I’m 10-40% I squeeze a little harder but it’s supposed to be like a milking type of squeeze not too hard. I can’t speak too much about BTC . I’m about 3 weeks into the newbie routine.

How erect are you during the stretching? It doesn’t seem to say. Jelqing it’s clear about though.

About the BTC stretch the tension should be low at the begging. Because you use your body as a fulcrum you apply high forces, so just hold the stretch.

The time under moderate tension is what matters not the high force.

I find that no stretch seems to feel like I’m achieving anything. Neither during or after. So lately I’ve been going pretty much as intense as I can with BTC and BTL stretches, yesterday for the first time my ligs were sore. And today just happens to be rest day. Hope I’m doing good things. Measure day is next Tuesday and I can’t even wait. It will be a month and a half. Sometimes it seem I’m making gains, other times it doesn’t. Mainly when I look in the mirror. But I’m ready to start gaining.
