Confused about measuring
if I measure with a ruler bone pressed until it stops, it’s 6.5/8”. This is not with all my strenght, it’s just until it stops automatically. If I press some more after the ruler has naturally stopped, I measure 6.75” (a gain of 1/8”). Then, if I press some more, with all my strength, the ruler hits 6.7/8”. That’s a total difference of 0.25”.
I have always measured like this, but at 6.75” it has stopped. But not this morning (as I mentioned above). I have a 2” fat pad, so could it be that the ruler is showing higher results because I push away ALL fat when pushing as hard as I can? Anyone else that have this “problem”? Which should I take as a real measure in your opinion?
