Many will tell you to wait until you have at least 2 months of PE under your belt. I would disagree with the 2 months, and say do not try these chalanging and dangerous exercises until you have a minimum of 6 months of dedicaded PE. (Not the gaden veriaty of off and on when you feel like doing a little PE, but 3-4 times per week, for 6 months or more.)
And even than, go into it slowly over several weeks. Your penis will be conditioned for basic PE after 6 months, but it will not be prepared for the stress of these exercises without a few weeks of condioning for them.

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!
