Clamping or not

I have been PEing now for 4 months and I have made 5/8’” in NBP length and 1/4+ gains in girth.

My question is.. If one is still gaining with the Newbie routine should you incorporate Clamping?

Or , should you wait until all girth gains have stopped?

I would wait until you cannot gain anymore off manual exercises, or gains slow to a point where PE is useless or you are tired of length and you now want to target girth.

I did it last night for the first time. I’ve been curious about it for quite a while now, and I just couldn’t wait any longer. And all I can say is WOW!

Everyone should understand that this is contrary to the advice given above, which is good and I normally would be first on the bandwagon: I am still gaining on the Newbie Routine and I should probably wait, but I’ve been drawn to clamping since I first read about it. This is NOT a recommendation for anyone else to start clamping, just sharing what I am doing.


11 JULY 2007 - BPEL: 5.5" EG: 4.75" NBPEL: 4.5"

11 JUNE 2008 - BPEL: 6.75" EG: 5.0" Base EG: 5.5"

Many will tell you to wait until you have at least 2 months of PE under your belt. I would disagree with the 2 months, and say do not try these chalanging and dangerous exercises until you have a minimum of 6 months of dedicaded PE. (Not the gaden veriaty of off and on when you feel like doing a little PE, but 3-4 times per week, for 6 months or more.)

And even than, go into it slowly over several weeks. Your penis will be conditioned for basic PE after 6 months, but it will not be prepared for the stress of these exercises without a few weeks of condioning for them.


2007-01-27 5.3" BPEL 4.8" EG, Less than 3" Flaccid, and sometimes less than 2"

As of 12-07-2008 7.75" BPEL 7.1" NBPEL 5.7"MSEG 6"+ BSEG. Ultimate goal 8+ inches NBPEL, 8.5" BPEL 6.3" EG (2" diameter just sounds so cool!)

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!
