Clamping Jelqing substitute

This may be a fairly straight forward question, but I was wondering if clamping could be used as a substitute for jelqing? In principle both focus on girth gains but clamping seems to be less labor intensive. Could any of you with experience chime in on this?

Depends on how long you’ve done pe. Atleast 3 months of jelqing or some other girth exercise to prepare for clamping because a lot of peole get injured moving too fast or not properly.

I’ve done PE off and on for quite a while and this time around well past the 3 month probationary period for clamping. I guess I was wondering if it is any better or any worse for producing size gains. Jelqing is so laborious and honestly pretty darn boring while clamping is so much easier. Should I still include jelqing in my routine while clamping or should I just move on to clamping exclusively?

Short answer: clamping is not a substitute for jelqing. In fact, you will probably still want to jelq even when you switch to a clamp oriented routine just for the purpose of making tissue more pliable and restoring circulation.

I jelq and manually stretch right after a clamping session. ( kind of like piss pull stretches, very short in duration… )

I fell my tunica stretch quite a bit immediately after a clamping session, right after my erection goes down enough.

So what are the routines that use clamping? I’ve only come across a few who only recommend 2-4 reps at 10 minute interval sessions. Right now I’m hanging with 5 pounds at 3 reps with 20 minute sessions. After this I follow with 2x10 minute clamping sessions, which used to be the jelqing routine. I’m really not a newbie because I’ve been doing PE off and on for a while now and have progressed far beyond the newb routine. I guess I’m just winging it without any real structure. If Any of you who know some good routines using clamping, that would be very useful.

Did you try to jelq as clamped? I am doing it during 2 months now with excellent results but I am afraid that may damage myself. What is your opinion?

No. Jelqing typically needs blood to be “pushed” up and down the penis shaft. So, being in the clamp, and fully erect, ( if your clamping correctly ), would disallow proper jelqing.

I beg to differ, I find you can use a firm but light grip to jelq whilst clamped, but you have to be sure you’re moving blood around in there. It is also an easy way to get an injury if you’re not careful.
