Clamping - increased expansion, no gains
Been PEing for 4 months. Contrary to my nickname I am a fast length-gainer but slow on girth (have tried most manual exercises). To change that I started clamping 5 weeks ago. I now do 4 sets of 7 minutes every other day. Although my expansion has increased from 0.5 cm -> 1.5 cm while clamped, there are no real gains.
Is it generally so that expansion comes first, then real gains? In five weeks I thought I see something.
I warm up with heat and apart from clamping I do manual stretches every day. My EQ is decreased, but mainly due to the stretches since my BPSFL has increased. Currently BPSFL is 0.8 cm longer than BPEL, when I started it was 0.4 cm longer. But it could also be that I am overdoing it with the clamping, even though I only do it every other day. EQ usually drops the day after.
While clamped I have a full erection throughout, that might also be a factor. I don’t seem to get expansion if I let the erection subside.
