Clamping vs Wrist wraps which do you think gives better erect gains?

Been browsing the forum and a lot of people seem to really like the clamp

same with the Wrist wraps. Has anyone tried both and gained more with the other? If so what was gained girth or length in the erect state? I would imagine they would give the same results since they both basicly have the same effect.

I use both for variety. Since wearing of them overlaps, I couldn’t say which is better. Why not just try both for yourself and see which you find more comfortable or convenient?

Yeah this is a pretty good topic. I am still new to PE and haven’t really tried either, but this would be interesting for me in the long run when I try other things.

I doubt if anyone would be able to pinpoint this, it would require logging and only doing these wraps to be presentable, which would be fruitless to a PE apprentice. The wraps are just an aid, not the way.

I have been using a basic penis ring lately (one that goes around both the balls and shaft) instead of a clamp (which gave me an injury). Basically, they are all the same thing: they help trap blood in your penis to use as a tool for stretching. It’s just a matter of how tightly they clamp.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
