Hey so I’m new to the forum I’ve got a history for PE and my 2013 resolution was to really go for it this year and try and reach something spectacular. I’m currently 8.5” x 6 (will back up with pictures soon) but want something around 11” I know this will take some time but I was reading alot of people reporting very easy and fast length gains with clamping so I’ve ordered a clamp but was wondering if anyone else can back up what sort of gains I can expect with clamping and if there were any routines for clamping for length specifically as I’m quite content with my girth as is.

Most folks will tell you clamping is a girth-gaining exercise. Won’t hurt to find out either way what it can/will do for you.

Congrats on the starting size, too. You’re already where most of us would like to be.

Today I do what you will not so tomorrow I am able to do what you can not.
