Should you jelq after clamping

I’ve been doing p.e for around a yr now!! And I’ve decided to dump my pump & try clamping to get some real girth gains my main goal really! I was wandering if I start doing clamping would I be ok to just clamp daily(1 off 1 on to start) without jelqing? Or should I add clamping to my pe routine? Has anyone tryed just clamping & given up on the jelqs? Would I get good gains just by clamping? I really don’t have the time anymore becuase of work & other commitments to keep up my normal routine it’s killing me slowly inside :( .!

Routine atm!!
5min warmup!! Sock
30 minute jelqs!!
5-10 minute pumping(removing for clamping)
5 minute warmup water
PC-KEGELS * 300
5 minutes warmdown

Whatever you do, always jelq! If you have absolute necessity to cut something, cut Kegel’s, clamping and jelqing will do enough for your EQ (oh, some vets are going to kill me for what I’m saying - I’ll disappear for a while).

I recommend jelqing before clamping. I do that, and it seems that I get better expansion with clamping if I have done my jelq sets first. I wouldn’t be so intent on dumping the pump though. I jelq, pump, then clamp. It is working very well….

Yes sir!! I love warming up & down, honestly that is one of my favorite parts :D !

I’m gona try to clamp then jelqs, I’ll keep you posted, just tested the new cock ring I bought & damn do I do see some hudge girth expantion(I can see where you have to be careful)!! I’m not using the clamping machine others on this forums seem to, I just bought a sting cock ring & put alittle tissue inbetween, WORKING well atm!

I have clamped 4 days in a row now, and my morning erections are blue vein diamond cutters.
