Hello Threebirds, first things first. Your join date was this month, and with that, your main
focus should be on conditioning yourself before considering the advanced exercises. The
newbie routine has been known to create huge gains and you should condition yourself
for at least 2 months. Conditioning prevents injury. An injury to your unit can be serious
and the healing takes a long time in that area. Another thing, starting the more advanced
exercise such as pumping, clamping and hanging, to soom may and probably cause you
to platue rather quickly. You don’t want that, because it can take a while before trauma
is healed from your unit. When starting out, take easy and slow and you will gains and it
will definetly excite you as well, you will then figure out which of the advanced exercises
you want to pursue. In the meantime, do a search on those exercises and become very
familiar with them before you start them. PE can be so easy, and some here make it so
hard. The key to PEing is consistency. I understand the privacy issue, but PEing can be
done while you bath. Good luck with future gains, and welcome to Thunderss
