Changing routine, Busy Sched Weekends

Hi there

Im thinking about changing my routine from 2 on 1 off to 5 on 2 off

the reason being is that i am far too busy weekends to do anything worth while, and messing it up doesnt sound appealing

Im wondering if this jump in training time is too intense, i have been doing the newb routine for at least 1.5 months maybe even 2 and im wanting to do this properly.

Any views?

I can relate to the busy weekend thing especially heading into summer. Really only you can answer this question. How are you feeling with you current schedule? If you choose the 5 on 2 off just keep track on how you feel. Nothing wrong with a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off PE week, IMO.

This week I’m changing to 5 on 2 off. Iv got my kid at the weekend and she comes first so it makes things much easier. Though ill still be hanging but that’s first thing and last thing at night when I’m alone.

I don’t think it will be to intense as long as your careful and don’t go overboard.

I think il give it a try
