I have not started PE yet, but I haven’t seen many people advocate for the efficacy of the newbie routine.
What is the likelihood I can achieve the following with this routine:

17cm BPEL to 19cm BPEL
12cm MPEG to 13 MPEG

If the newbie routine is unlikely to yield these results, what would be a better alternative?

It is guaranteed that you will have no gains if you do not start.

Everyone responds differently but your goals are well within the range that the average guy sees. The newbie routine could, by also may not, but the benefit is that you will learn more about your penis while it is getting conditioned so you can be better informed if/when you decide to try another technique.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

The newbie routine may result in gains and it may not. What it does do is condition your penis to be able to handle more advanced exercises without getting hurt. I hear that’s kind of important.
