Breaking plateaus

Hello TP,

I’ve been hanging and pumping for about a year or so, and have seen good progress in gains from these. However, I feel at this point I am beginning to “plateau” in my gains (similar to weight lifting for gym rats out there). Are there any exercises designed to break this cycle and allow further gains to come ?


Start: 5.50" x 4.60"

Now: 6.70" x 4.80" (Goal: 8.00" x 6.00")

Current routine - hanging/ads, clamping and bathmate

I have a few ideas that I’ve seen people do:

1)increase time and/or intensity
2)change your routine altogether to “shock” your penis into new growth if you will(maybe start stretching and jelqing)
3)take a de-conditioning break, then start back like your were just beginning PE again

I’m sure some vets will have some good ideas for you.

thanks nunu I have been steadily increasing time and intensity (alternating), and with respect to (2) I feel like any other exercises are not as effective when compared to hanging and pumping. Got any suggestions of new exercises that are of comparable intensity ?
