Break gave length and EQ

I have taken a break from PE and this is my second week without PE, soon going in to the third. What I’ve seen is that the length is acctually about 0.5 cm bigger than before and the EQ is very good.
But I think I will continue doing small workouts sometimes after toiletvisits and other situations.
And I will continue write in my PE-stats and see if I get any improvements from that.

For me its sick that I get any gains at all…


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

So why you decided to take a break? Did you finish newbie routine?

Some senior members here advice not to take that long breaks as is easier to get injury once you decided to get back to your routine.

When you start PE your EQ tend to drop little bit just because is not used to it, this why kegel is recommended, but trust me!! Once you are in between 4-6 months on the program EQ will be improve like rock, I don’t think taken break is a good idea, unless you had an injury

The reason I took a break was because I acctually happy with my length now :) I did newbie routine for about a month and gained about 1 cm. And 0.6 more from only my “bathroom-routine”. And know 0.5 more from the break. So I’m about 17.5 cm big (6.9 inches), and thats enough for me.

I will try to start a easier routine with maybe 50 flaccid jelqs 2-3 times a week just to keep my gains and maybe get a little bit more girth.

I don’t think I ever will come back to the newbie routine or something again, I’m happy where I am now and hope I can get some girth from the flaccid jelqs.

That’s a good mentality. I have the same starting stats as you and plan to stop around the same place, What was your bathroom routine and did you stick strictly to the newbie?

Congratulations on your gains. Yes it seems to be the consensus that the gains come from the recovery. It’s the same with muscles when bodybuilding (from what I have seen, anyway).

Goal; NBPEL: 7.0" EG: 6.0"

Struggling with EQ, caffeine addiction and being overweight :-(

OK, I hope you will see the same results as I did.

I didn’t really did the newbie routine as it should be done. I did about 3 min down-ward stretches and 100-200 jelqs.
2 days on, 1 day off.

But acctually, the best feeling I get was from the one below, better flaccid-hang than ever for me.

Yes, I’m on the same track here. I think variate PE with breaks and start again is the best if you wanna grow big.

Thats right, and with my light and not regular routine I get very surprised.

If you do take a long break, going back to a heavy routine may be non beneficial in case your penis has lost conditioning. Ease back into PE. Is that what horsedick is referring to?

As for taking a break from PE, if you have hit your target, it is a good thing to keep a maintenance routine. I didn’t when I hit a nice size, but lost a little… thank the PE gods they are back!
