Short bathroom routine.....Surprising results!
I have always had the problem with a small flaccid penis, In the locker room, on parties and other situations. But this problem is now gone for me!
I’ve been trying an own routine after peeing on the toilet. The routine is only about 3 minutes and give surprising results.
After the work-out, the penis hangs better than after a jelqing workout, for me!
From this routine, I go from shrunk flaccid penis to good hang in about 3 minutes without warm-up?
How is it possible? Don’t ask me, but it works!
(The method don’t works while the penis is extreme shrunk, or the body is cold)
So here is the routine:
1. 4 down-ward stretches á 15 seconds
2. One rotation stretch, 10 seconds
3. 4 flaccid girth pushes (see link below), á 20 seconds.
4. A skin stretch. Take the penis in the foreskin over the glans and pull it up. But be careful, its easy to get pain.
I do this after every bathroom visit, at least 5 times a day so its about 15 minutes every day but it don’t feel much when just doing 3 min every time.
So the meaning is to get the penis outstretched, filled with blood and for me also get the glans covered with foreskin.
I’ve been doing this for a week now and have really good results in flaccid size. The average size is about 1 cm fuller and longer. Also the erected penis feels bigger and more filled, but I haven’t measured yet.
So before saying, this don’t works or haha, that is bullshit, try it! And come back and tell me how it works for you. It works good for me and I hope it will work good for you also.
I will tell you later if I get any results in erected size also.
