Hey all,

This might be a very stupid question, but here goes anyway.

I’m assuming for the most part, the main difference between NBPEL and BPEL is that fat pad most of us would have around that area. Is it safe to assume that if you worked out and decreased your body fat percentage, your NBPEL would increase while BPEL remaining the same?

Yes that is true. Decreasing your overall fatpad will result in a larger NBPEL size. The only problem is the fatpad wanting to be the stubborn SOB that it is and being the last place that most people lost fat from lol.

I think that’s a logical assumption, but my experience (personal as well as hearing from other guys) has been that , unfortunately, the fat in our lower abdomens is the absolute last to go. I’ve lost about 35 lbs in the last year and my fat pad hasn’t decreased much at all. :-(
