I’m not sure if you mean “to clamp……., or to pump” what should I do?? Well, you should do both. All or most of my girth gains came from clamping. Pumping definitely gave me a little girth but a lot of length. I water pump btw. For me the edema, which increases girth helped me visualize my goals. I got to see what 6 eg looked like and felt like.
Pumping helps for EQ, and EQ helps you get one hell of a clamping session in. Some say not to pump before you clamp which I strongly disagree with. But, you keep the pump session no more then ten minutes. After this you can get in a hell of clamping session. I only do single clamping sessions now. What I usually do is heat up with hot water for like ten minutes and then pump with hot water for ten minutes; I also use my tube to heat up with as well with the hot water. Then I do 15-20 minutes of clamping and edging. When Im done clamping I will do some manual bends and squeezes.
I repeat this usually 3 times a day. I always do PE 3 times a day and the sessions are sometimes shorter or longer. Also I clamp without warming up sometimes. I have a theory or at least I like it to be a theory since I naturally like the easy way out…..well, I think doing PE without warming up can help gains in the long run some how; just a gut feeling. So I think it is good to do 10 minutes of PE everyday without a warm up……this may help cement gains.
I really don’t get what some guys have against pumping. Pumping has brought me nothing but good things. My life literally changed the day I started pumping just do to seeing my dick in a edema induced girthy state; it just made me want to reach my goals even more……it made me taste what it was like to be thick….and from that day I needed to be thick.
Consistent pumping will give you girth gains as well but I really don’t know how much. What I do know is pumping will intensify and help a clamping routine. Lets say Joe Blow gained half an inch from clamping in 6 months but he didn’t pump. Lets say Joe Blow did pump while he clamped for 6 months…..I strongly believe Joe would of gained an extra .25 inches on top of that half inch…..maybe even more if he rested properly and didn’t over do anything.
