Big girth without pumping

Thanks for the response clubber! I don’t have anything against pumping , it’s just that I don’t have a ton of privacy right now, and I am trying to remain as clandestine as possible with PE routine.

I wasn’t sure if I had anything useful to add, but I think I do.

The reason for almost all girth gains is this: expansion of the tunica (girth-wise) beyond its normal erection point through the pressure caused by an abnormal amount of blood being in the tunica. Jelqing, squeezes, bends, clamping, and pumping may all cause this. Clamping is by far the most efficient, but also the most fatiguing. Manual work (squeezes in particular, along with bends) are advantageous because it is easier to target particular sections of the tunica with them. Pumping is useful because of 1) the easy ability to use moist heat and 2) its propensity to cause both length and girth gains simultaneously.

I believe the reason pumpers generally have the best girth gains is because clamping is less widespread, as well as newer, and pumping is easier to do (people seem to enjoy it more). Almost all of my girth gains are due to clamping, personally, excluding some base and head girth caused by hanging/swinging weights and squeezes, respectively.

Regarding your interest: clamping is the most efficient stimulus in a time/gains ratio.

I’ve been clamping for a long time and I wasn’t satisfied with the growth rate. So I decided to try pumping and see what it’s all about. Honestly I was nervous about pumping at first, mainly because it can get expensive to buy all the materials.

So after a lot of reading I finally decided to buy everything and try it out. I’ve been pumping for a little less than a month now and I like it. I never go above 5hg and my penis feels fine during and after the session. I also clamp right afterword. I’m expecting some decent gains come measuring time.

  • If you jelq too hard for too long the worst that can happen is a bit of chafing and soreness.
  • If you pump or clamp too hard for too long you can end up with blisters, thrombosis, or even necrosis.

… that’s what it’s based on.

Yes, all of these things can be done safely, but it doesn’t change that there is greater risk involved.

*You're in the right place – all the information you could ever need about PE is only a forum search away!*

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

Mjolnir: I agree. Though not completely.

I’ve heard of jelqing injuries but what I think makes it more dangerous is the ease it is to go beyond the recommended range of force for safe PEing.

If my penis can withstand a force of 0 to 10 with 10 being more force (and force being roughly translated between mediums to this scale):

  • Jelqing may provide with a force range of 0 to 12, where 0 is lightly stroking my dick 12 is choking it with all my strength. It’s difficult to get to so I’m not likely to make it to 12 and hurt myself.
  • Pumping or clamping, which, while being two different things are both two mechanically assisted devices.
    - With pumping the force likely starts at 3 and you’ll implode your cock at 50, but at 4 hg it might be at around 10. There’s very little resistance to squeezing that handle to remove more air and push that up to 20.
    - With clamping it’s the same way as pumping in that it’s easier to reach a point that’s beyond what your dick can withstand.
    - Time is something I didn’t even include there, more time is more force, well… abuse.

The thing that seems to make pumping safer is that it’s easier to use safely because there seems to be less of a chance of cutting off veins than with clamping. But both clamping and pumping are dangerous.

Doing an exercise too long, whatever it is, should be regarded as dangerous. It’s simply an incorrect way to exercise. But what I’m concerned about is doing the exercises correctly and still ending up with serious injury.

My post is concerning the exercises that seems to be the primary suspect in ED based injuries. Using the injury forum, these seem to largely be caused by jelqing and unfortunately there seems to be a standard response, which is that the injured party was probably over doing it. We have no idea if that really is the case and often the injured member is adamant they weren’t. The trouble is there is desire to believe we have found a safe way to enlarge our penis’s and we just need to stick some guidelines and we should be okay. But we don’t know that and this is why I’m not keen on the common ad-vocation of jelqing as being safer than other exercises and part of a newbie routine.

I’ve mentioned this in several threads but no one seems interested. But if you look through the injury thread, more often than not the exercise which people are attributing there ED issue’s to is jelqing. Most of these apparent venous leaks for example, seem to occur after jelqing. And it’s the ED based injuries that should be those we are most keen to avoid. No one wants a thrombosed vein or blister, but these things are far more preferable to a penis that no longer works.
