I’m doing the newbie routine for a week or two..
But don’t have any idea if I’m gaining length,,,
Could you give me a tip what is the best way to attain length increase..

And want to ask is there age factor in gaining?
I’m already 20..
Could I still gain length with my age?

you have to do the newbie routine for 4 weeks and after do 1 week of stop, and in this week of stop you have to measure, no before . Yes, with all age we can gain lenght and girth, maybe you are young so you are advantage.

A month is not enough to say anything, stick with it at least three months and see what gives.

Be patient like redbear said and also do PE constantly.You will see gains :)
