Best thing to do when you miss a few days

I have been unable to complete a full exercise the passed 2 days as I have been interrupted so what is the best thing to do. Start Your schedule from scratch or make up for a few days without a rest day?

Just count them as rest days. Stay to your routine. Don’t try to make up for a lost day, it may cause damage

I agree with JP and Sta Kool, I’ve seen gains after taking a break, don’t push it. Breaks are good!
