Keep it engorged and never let it turtle VS Taking days off for recovery
When I got started again with PE I had a different approach than earlier. In the past I definitely overtrained, but this time around I focused on maintaining a very healthy cock and taking whatever gains may come in a steady manner.
I did PE every other day or less.
The result? It seemed like my member still had good expansion even though I took a few days off between sessions. I was happy to see that I experienced gains with minimal efforts.
After a few months of PE I had a steady routine where I pumped/jelqed EOD. I felt my gains stopping up so I decided to add one 10-15 minute set on my off days to keep it from retracting and to cement pumping/jelqing gains.
It seemed to work good in the beginning.
The last days though, my cock does not seem as full or healthy as I like it to be. I have not measured, but it may actually have slightly shrinked or said differently, become slightly overtrained.
I have recently added some stretching to my routine and just got back working full-time so there is probably a connection. I am however taking a few days off to recover completely before I get back to PE.
I just wanted to ask what your guys take on this is.
Do you take complete days off? How often?
Or do you never let it turtle?;)
I think my new routine will be 5 days off with EOD not as intense as my main sessions. 2 days off following that.
