Starting to wonder if my ligs are very high and tight - what is the best way as a newbie to really stretch them, just keep with the manual stretches in the newbie routine, or begin to hit them with hanging or ads?

If your a newbie, just do the newbie routine. If you don’t see gains then move onto the more hardcore things such as hanging and pumping. Right now, just focus on conditioning your penis first.

For a newbie, manual stretches in all directions will work very good.

If your LOT is high, you will benefit a lot from behind the leg stretches, fowfers, and straight down stretches.

Maybe I should talk with less confidence on the theory itself, but I do believe in it. So forgive me when I say it is hard to not talk highly about something I believe in, something that may help others always seems good whether it is a theory or a science.

I also agree with the LOT theory, when you believe in something you don’t speak of it doubtingly let oobiedoobie read about the LOT theory himself, we are just here to guide him. No reason to say anything not true.
