Good day Men,
I have already doing the PE exercise for almost 1 month. BEfore, when i just starting the PE exercise, i just do the Warm-up, then 200 times of kegels followed by the wet jelqing exercise.
Ive noticed some changes, i add in girht for about 1/2 inch…not so large but for a short time, it’s good too see that im gaining in girth.
After 1 month, ive noticed that i just adding girth and not in lenght, so i decided to change my routine to warm up, 25 min of manual stretching while contracting the pc muscle, 10 min of horse and 10 min of bending.
But after i finish the exercise, i noticed that my penis become too small when flaccid. And im worrying if this is normal and if i still do the PE exercise properly. What do you think in my daily PE routine? Do you think its ok or what? Pls answer me. Thank’s!

You’ve gotten a nice initial girth gain for the first month Bhong. It sounds like you want to start adding some length so I think you should start adding more intensity to your stretching routing. After about ten minutes or so of regular stretching try adding some A stretches or dual fulcrum stretches. Girth, in most cases is easier to gain than length. Since you are only getting into your second month of PE you are still in the initial gain stage and girth will most likely still come easily for you so I wouldn’t worry too much about doing horse squeezes or bends, these exercises are more intense girth builders rather than length.
