Bathmate, extender, clamping and jelqing

I use an extender 2 on 1 off. Then, I clamp before bed, and use the bathmate whenever I can (privacy issues). I been following this site for about a year before getting involved. I just hope this stuff is real. I plan on checking my stats in 3 months to see if I made any progress. What do you think about my routine?

Off of this list I’ve only done jelqing and it’s worked wonders. If you have never tried this stuff before, I think the general concensus is to start out with hot wrap warm ups and stretches with jelqs afterwards. Simple yet effective, especially in the early stages of gains. I have yet to measure, but I can already see and feel a difference and that’s all I’ve done.

PI will tell you, without having to measure, if you are progressing or not.

Your routine looks heavy. Bathmate and clamping requires a minimum of 6 months of prior conditioning.

Yeah. I forgot to mention that I warm up with a rice sock beforehand, but I rarely do stretches and when I do I kinda rush through them. I will take your advice on jelqing, but I just felt as though devices would yield better results. I know I’m overzealous with the routine, but my logic behind this is that if I cover all bases, one of these routines is bound to work.. Thanks for the advice

Thanks for the PI link. I feel comfortable with the routine. I know it’s heavy for a beginner, but I feel know pain and it seems as though I’m responding well to it. Maybe me being an avid masturbator (Lol, don’t judge me) helped with the conditioning.

OK thanks, I think I’ll lay off the bathmate for a while it’s the only one that makes me nervous

I am 2 weeks in (technically 3), and in my first week, I jelqed normally, but unknowingly let a bit too much pressure build up at the head. It felt normal at the time, but after a few days my EQ was horrible and the head would barely inflate. I am sure injury would have followed if I had continued.

Thankfully, 4 days fixed it, but it was a mild scare. If just starting, I highly recommend taking it easy. Don’t jelq until your head is shiny, that’s what I did. Looked like a raisin for days

Damn, definitely don’t want that too happen, how hard do you jelq? I know it’s kind of tricky because I often feel as though I am not using enough pressure, so I jelq as hard as I can manage. I want to make sure I’m doing an adequate amount of work. I just don’t want to do all this work and in the next 3 months yield 0 gains. My girlfriend said she can feel the difference, but I think it’s just my EQ. Since I’ve been doing PE my erections seem harder. But, then again it could be merely my level of hornyness.
