Jelqing and Clamping Together

I had been Jelqing and Clamping together. I decided to do them separately and in my little experiment, I noticed these:

After doing a normal jelqing exercise of 200 strokes. My penis seemed to become a bit thinner.

With clamping it became thicker. Although when I combined it seemd to just enhance EQ a lot. Just out of curiosity, would clamping an jelqing together cancel the affects of the other out?

It shouldn’t. I found alternating 5 minute clamping sets with 50 jelqs worked well for me for expansion.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I incorporated jelqing while clamping. I have it all documented in my thread. It worked for me.

I perform both together and separate on a regular bases. My results have been good. I’m definitely thicker, particularly at the base where the clamp sits. As for length, it is helping me cement my gains from all of the various PE I perform. I perform both of these exercises simultaneously because I really want a thicker head, and I notice that I get massive head expansion when I do.

It’s all complex. Especially for our man bits. So many ways to enlarge, so little time. :)

What do you guys suggest for a clamp? I’ve been doing PE for 2 months already.

And what exercises do you recommend to do once I start clamping?

Suggest sticking with stretching and jelq for now. For me, clamping combined with all other exercise stop my lenght all together. My best gain was doing just stretching and jelqing following the proper warm up and warm down. Once I started clamping the first few months is great and got at least a quarter inch and gain stop. And for months, no gain. Then I got too busy to do anymore PE, just the occasional maintain routine.

Last time I did this was the last time I clamped. I thought all was well until I went to piss. Well the piss wouldn’t come out. I pushed harder and passed a bloody clot. My urine was tainted with blood for about twelve hours.

Yeah dude, but the number of clicks we use is nothing like the click or 2 you use around that monster of yours.

Don’t clamp yet. I do it, but It took me 4 years to finally graduate to this level. It is very easy to cause great damage to your unit if you clamp. To many break their junk just from jelqing. Take your time. Don’t rush it.
