Ball Stretching Question

When my balls are warm and relaxed I can stretch my scrotum to about halfway to my knee. My balls on the other hand only go a few inches down. My question is with ball stretching it is more stretching the cremaster muscle rather than the scrotum?

What were the regrets? I just want them to hang a little lower. They always have been chilling right under my dick. Obviously though id the con’s outweigh the pro’s I will just deal with it.

I have been stretching mine this week as I am doing dry jelqs. Mine hug up nice and tight st the base of my cock except if it is very warm outside during the summer. They hang rather loose then. They also hang loose if I am wearing fleece lounging pants around the house.

I am also curious as to what the downside is to stretching them.

I stopped with all the crazy ball stretching early enough that it didn’t cause any problems, BUT I continued to pump for years and that stretched out my scrotum a bit.

The down side was a big turkey neck and balls that hang a little too low. Although it’s not bad, I would still get a scrotal tuck surgery if I could afford it.

I find it interesting that the ball sack seems to have a mind of its own, hanging low when relaxed and shrinking up when the mood (temp) suits it.

I don’t like the idea of hanging weights from my sac if it can be avoided. I tried it and I’m not very comfortable doing it.

I can’t see any downside from having big turkey necks and low hanging balls. I find it feels nice when mine swing around all bounce over the place and it really feels nice when they are slapping off a girls ass or belly (depending on the position) during sex or slapping off her chin and cheeks during oral. I love it!

I am looking to increase my hanging sac length and testicle size in hopes of increasing my sperm capacity. I would also like to have even bigger, longer and more defined turkey necks as well. How can I best accomplish this?

I tried the approach recommended by Jarod Johansen and found it pretty stress free, probably much more so than PE. Just like PE, you should approach it gradually and no overdo it so ypu do not put too much stress on your scrotum. I started out using steel rings and leather stretchers to gradually stretch my scrotum gradually increasing the stretch and the time stretching. I also did manual stretches in the shower. I found I could gradually stretch further and that my balls started hanging a bit lower. I then started using split weights (initially 160 gms) whiich I wore initially around the house and then when I went on walks, I now can wear a 600 gm weight for 8 hours without any discomfort but only do it one or two days a week usually when walking or if I am going to be standing up a lot. I find the weights work best when standing up. I do not wear them while doing PE but usually wear scrotum rings when pumping to keep my balls out of the way.

I would recommend anyone starting out do stretching first and get used to wearing one or two stainless steel scrotum rings which you should be able to get from a hardware shop for a few dollars or less.

I have not tried ball pumping and am not keen to try.

Funily enough while I like low hanging balls and the bouncy bit I do not have a turkey neck and don’t want one. Prefer a long clearly definded scrotum without that spare skin in the front which I understand is called a turkey neck.

Believe these are not related. Stretching will increase hanging sac length (scrotum) but should not affect the testicles or sperm production. I gather some supplements like damiana give a temporary increase in testicle size but do not know if it effects function.

Phantasm, I have been doing it in a bit here and then. I started out stretching on and off for a few months and now only wear a 600grm split weight one day a week. Not sure if I want to stretch much more. Apart from the stretch I believe it has also strengthened my cremaster as I can comfortably wear the 600 gm weight for 6 or more hours now. When I first started wearing scrotum weights I could only wear much smaller weights for an hour or so.

Phantasm, I probably did not ,make myself very clear.

After reading Jarod’s eBook, I tried stretching initially using stainless steel scrotum rings, adding one at a time. I then got a couple of cheap leather stretchers on eBay (keepers used by police on belts). I also tried a bit of hand stretching in the shower. That’s what I did in the 3 months or so when I went through what I call my stretching phase.

I then discovered some fairly cheap stainless steel split weights on aliexpress and started trying them out. This period overlapped my stretching phase and I did include some smaller split weights as part of the stretch.

Now I mainly hang, using a 600 gm weight between two scrotum rings, about one day a week. About half the rest of the time I wear a couple of scrotum rings often for days at a time. I enjoy the feel but am not sure I want to stretch much more. I do not want my balls down at my knees but enjoy them hanging lower than they did.

One weakness in Jarod’s book is that he does not draw much of a distinction between stretching and hanging. It seems to me that most of us that are not natural low hangers need to stretch a bit before hanging can work. Also I am not sure how much stretching you get by hanging weights (unless you go for really heavy ones that are not recommended). However I am sure hanging strengthens the cremaster muscle.
