The smaller ones are a good to start with.

I got my ss scrotum rings in a local hardware shop for not much more than a $ ea.

One trick I worked out myself was to use an elastic band to put around my scrotum while fitting the rings. I pull one testicle through at a time. Without the elastic band I find it difficult to do it. Make sure you remove the band as soon as you get the rings in place.

The rings that I got are listed below.
They are “supposed” to retail for $60 but I get them wholesale at around$30. I have two 8 oz weights. However, they are chrome plated brass and the edges are nicked and have no chamfer at all, and they’re huge. The result is, they seem to pinch after a few hours (or minutes). Perhaps this is just because I just started using them?

From the images you sent, the ones on Ali seem to be a lot more chamfer or radius and are stainless steel.

My balls tend to run really high and tight. So, I guess I’ll have to work on stretching them out a few hours a day at a time.

What is your experience with the weights combined with ADS? Were then an encumbrance at first and then got out of the way? I’m planning on going back to the ADS in two weeks.

I use a bathmate in the shower and coconut oil, or almond oil as a massage just afterwards.

Good call on the elastic bands.
Jarod talks about using ponytail hairbands as they are looser and more stretchy. He also talks about using a baby sock under the weight. It’s quite a huge site, and he does have a product to sell, so just taking it with a grain of salt.

Any other tips would be awesome.

I have not bought any of the ones like yours with the hanging loops on the sides but they do seem to have a bit of a chamfer according to the pic. The ones I bought do have chamfers and I believe they are SS. The issue I initially had was pinching the scrotum while screwing the two halves together. I fixed that by fitting two SS scrotum rings first and then stretching the scrotum top to bottom while joining the two halves. That kept the skin away from the joins.

I do not do ADS but do both extend and pump. The scrotum stretching has helped in both. It has allowed my ballsack to move south away from the extender base so I no longer get base pain. I often wear scrotum rings while pumping and they help prevent my balls being sucked into the cylinder.

Mine did at first. I would get some smaller weights and rings and do some stretching first before wearing 8 oz weights for a longer time. While wearing weights for more than a few hours I find my balls can start moving up and get sore pressing on the bottom ring. At that point I remove a weight and the pain goes away. Today for the first time I went on a two hour walk with both a 600gm weight and a 160 gm one. After 2 hours I had to remove the 160 gm one.

I have used a few of the ponytailers and they are OK. If you wear weights or rings in public use the baby sock as recommended by Jarod. Prevents embarrassments and lost rings or weights. I only use the elastic bands to fit rings and then quickly remove them. The ponytailers can be left on long term as they do not constrict to the point of causing damage.

I think there is a lot of good advice on Jarod’s site but do not feel any need to buy the specific products he recommends although I am sure they are good quality. The cost of shipping to Australia put me off a bit. The stuff on Aliexpress is usually post free.

I agree with phantasm here. Not only can you get rid of the turkey neck but you can get the balls to hang a bit lower and I for one like it that way. I found ball stretching much easier than penis growth as there is no tough tunica etc to deal with. However, as with PE you should do it gradually, don’t over do it and follow advice from experienced stretchers such as Jarod you should not come to harm.

Gambit, Jarod’s focus is on how to get low hanging balls. I do not remember him specifically addressing turkey neck but if you follow his approaches I am sure the stretching will reduce or remove turkey neck. There is a lot of info on his site and I agree it takes a while to get across it all.

I have been stretching for years. I started slow with golf club weights for a few hours a day. Now I also use split weights for about 3 weeks 24/7.
I will take them off for a few days to let the boys rest. I have not seen any down side to this other than when I sit to use the toilet and the boys would dip into
The water I just place them on my lap. My normal stretch is 6 inches of weights, (about 4 pounds) Play time I would add more.
I think the trick is using a lot of lotion.

I agree lotion helps especially in the area just below the weights at the top of the balls and the area above the weights at the back. I use a standard moisturizer. I normally only use it when adding extra weight above what my scrotum can handle long term without any soreness coming on after a few hours.

I have been making steady progress with ball stretching using a combo of stainless steel rings and split weights and now find them both easier to put on and less likely to fall off. The real issue for me is when to stop. I like them hanging but don;t want then down to my knees. I wear some rings (no weights) during sex and really enjoy my balls banging into the wife. She seems to enjoy it too but made me stop adding extra rings (above 6 or 7) as they made her a bit sore after sex.
