I think I’ve got swamped in all the masses of information.

I’m about to enter week 6. I’ve been following the “newbie routine”, as in, the original one. I’ve learned quite a lot about how to jelq now, at least I think so anyway.

What I don’t know is how much I should be doing.

There is a lot of conflicting information. The newbie routine suggests starting at 10 minutes worth of jelqing, and increasing it to 30 minutes over a period of 6 weeks. Then, people all over the boards tell you “no, don’t do that, just stay at 5 minutes / 100 jeqls”, and so on and so forth. I’m honestly just lost. Lost and confused as hell. What am I even supposed to be doing right now?

I feel like I should start from scratch. I’m so damn confused.

STARTING STATS - 02/02/2015: BPEL 7.6 --- MEG 5.25 --- 5.25" with semi erection; but 5.16 MEG with 100% boner; BEG 5.47

CURRENT - 13/03/2015: I had to check a few times, but I'm pretty sure I got a genuine BPEL 7.8!! Will check girth again in a couple of weeks

GOAL: BPEL 8.50 --- MEG 5.5 --- BRING IT ON! (I've revised my goals for the time being; maybe I was being too ambitious too early on)

Conflicting info is the price to pay for having free opinions and other’ people feedback. Anyway the real point is: if you are in week 5, how do you feel doing 30 minutes jelqs? Have you gained something? How is your EQ?

Good questions from marinera. How you feel about it is of prime importance. Autoregulate.

Now, I would suggest you up the frequency before the intensity. Work to every day, then start doing 2/3 sessions a day before you move onto anything intense. You should be able to sustain gains for a lot longer this way. Plus, you won’t have to buy anything for a long time. Maybe start with a 2 minute session and a 15 minute session and increase time slowly from there. You have to get very in tune with your member. The first session, push to the point it starts to feel ‘useful’. The next session, push until it starts to stop feeling that way. Keep well under your capacity at first though. Work up to that. 2 and 16 should be good.
