Is there a way to clamp for both length and girth?

My flaccid stretch length is a solid inch shorter than my BPEL. Any advice?

Stretch your dick as much and as often as you can.

I’m nearing one month on the newbie routine. I think at month three I want to start augmenting it with something other than jelqing and stretching but I don’t know which exercises are recommended for newer guys, other than the obvious newbie routine. I was thinking of some squeezes for girth and perhaps some light hanging. My goal length seems much closer than my girth goal, so I don’t really feel the urge to push length really hard. I’m okay with gaining that a bit slower. Any suggestions for exercises for guys coming from the newbie routine?

If you want girth gains, the primary tools that folks use after the newbie routine are clamping and pumping. If you’re looking for a good manual exercise for girth, do a search for posts on horse440s. But whatever method you choose, warm up first. Heat makes the tunica more pliable, and that’s what you need to stretch to get girth gains.

Clamping simply doesn’t work to target the systems that get you length, the shaft and ligaments need outward tension. Clamping builds up inward pressures. Opposite ideas.

The Bib hanger offers a compression experience similar to clamping while hanging…but is for length and doesn’t offer much girth gains by my observation. So I doubt what you’re asking is a viable solution.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Directly over top. However, if you have a significant upwards curve, that may need to be adjusted. I would then say as high up as needed as long as the tip of your penis touches the ruler.

50 3-5 quality tight wet jelqs with coconut oil
3 semi flaccid slinky or bends up, left, right

Still get morning wood

I feel like I work my unit well as I end with puffy vein under glans on sides of shaft and a puffy pee hole.

I’m trying to gain girth as I lack it.. I do jelq with a firm grip.
I have notice I can hold an erection longer. Is there something I am missing or I am not doing??

I have a bit more prominent ridges on the shaft when erect.

I take about 20 min to do my 150 wet firm jelqs my erection level is about 65-80%.

Your grip might be too tight. I never end up puffy from jelqs. You should also consider adding manual stretching to the routine.
Keep at it for 3 months total and measure once a month.
Lots of variables could be holding you back. It’s up to you to figure out what they are.
Frequent ejaculation is a major one that slows people down.

Is it me or do any of you experience shrinkage when going to the restroom. After peeing penis slowly starts to re expand to my normal girth size. Before pee it thins. Let me know if anyone else experience this as well

Sometimes if I hold pee for a really long time it shrinks a little, but not in girth.

Mine is usually fatter when I need to piss and shrinks a little after.

My penis is teasing me then. I can hear the bully from The Simpsons already saying “Ha, ha”.

I know I’m progressing when my shaft is getting more thicker than my gland. Before my gland would be thicker than my penis shaft. Can’t wait to be at 6in thick, I’m 5-5.25 at the moment
