To begin, I tried PE a few years ago (even bought the X4 extender). I did dry jelqing and used the extender for 8 hours a day. Did that for like 2 weeks and gave up, my dick just got too tired. I think I was looking for gains quickly and really added rods to the extender too quickly.

Anyway, now 2 years later, I really want to give it a try again. I just bought the Hydromax X30 and wanted to see the immediate pumps. Holy shit, after the first pump, I was like huge. Never saw my dick that big. It really gave me an incentive to try PEing again.

My initial measurement is 5.3”x4.6”. I read many post about newbie routines, but I thought it was going to give the results I want, so I incorporates all the different methods people suggested. This is my routine:
Warm up about 5 minutes
I do 5 sets of stretches each 30 secs with 10 sec rest. (Down, up, left, right, behind ass, and straight out)
Then, I do 200 wet jelqs about 1.5 - 2.0 sec for each jelq.
Then, I use the X4 extender for like 4 hours with 10 min rest every hour

Warm up 5 minutes
Do another 5 sets of stretching
Do another 200 wet jelqs
Use Hydromax X30 for 20 minutes, taking a 15 sec break at 10 minute mark

Do 2 sets of stretching
Do 100 wet jelqs

I do this routine 5 days (M-F), on Sat and Sun, I just do 5 sets of stretches and 200 wet jelqs. I have been doing this routine for 3.5 weeks now. I didn’t really feel or notice too much difference except after the Hydromax pump I usually look more pumped and stays for about 3-4 hours. Anyway, my wife got back from her business trip yesterday and after putting our daughter to bed, we had our time. Our bedroom was dimly lit so neither I nor my wife can see too clearly. OMG, I don’t know if it’s confidence or not seeing her for 2 weeks, but I was so amazing. My dick felt really hard, harder that I can ever remember, we did out usual positions (doggie, her on top, some spoon), but what happen next really shocked her. She got on her back and put her legs on my shoulder and as I enter her she started to bite her lip and whimpering, then I really started to drive into her and she started rolling her head from side to side and her eyes started to twitch really fast. When I saw her like that, I really started pumping really hard and she started screaming. I never seen her scream that loud, and I came really hard. After that, I was still hard and she put me on my back and started to stroke and suck my dick, that’s when she said “Why are you feel so much heavier, it’s hard to put this in my mouth”. I said I don’t know, just maybe really turned on.

This morning, I decided to do a measurement since I had a stiff morning wood. I measured in at about 5.6-5.7” but the girth was like 5.1” That’s a gain of about .3”-.4” in length and also .4” gain in girth. Now I did do my PE routine yesterday.

My question is are these gains for real or will these gains be temporary. All I know is last night was probably the best sex I ever had. If these gains are for real, do you think I can get to 7” x 6” doing my routine. If she was screaming like that last night, I can wait to see how she will be like if I get to 7”x6”.

What are your opinions? I’ve read that PE there is such a thing as doing too much and that I should have a 2 on 1 off type of routine. But so far, my dick does not feel tire and it seems to work. I just don’t want do something that will make my dick shrink by over doing PE exercises. But I got to tell you after last night, I really want to do even more so I can see the results.

Man, before you get ahead of yourself, take a day of rest. Your routine is so long it’s hard to read. You’re doing great. But if you’re going to train that hard, only do it one day or two days then rest the next each time. Otherwise, when you overtrain and hit your physical stamina limits. Either the gains will slow and stop or you’ll lose your gains and possibly injure yourself. This is advice from someone who has done it.

Secondly, it is too early to tell. Temporary gains can perist for up to 48 hours but these could be newbie gains which manifest from the first 6 to 18 months. You still need to continue, to do what is called ‘cementing” so your gains don’t revert but a lot of that naturally occurs in continuing PE.

My current PE4F pumping project and my balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
