I am nearly the same, right around 6.25” at the base and a little more than 5.25” at the glans. I don’t see it as a problem. Gotta be super careful with that. I think conventional wisdom is stop an inch before the head to avoid dorsal nerve injury.

I’ve had luck with pumping, I am still cone shaped but it is not as extreme. In other words I had a very sharp taper when I started from behind glans to circ scar. I still taper, but it is not as pronounce/sharp.

When I was last jelqing I would try to target top third, but not by jelqing there. I would get to the 2/3 mark and sort of hold my OK right there, letting the blood really fill up the top third. Hope I explained that right.

There is an advantage to Cone Shape, as Lampwick once said. Easier insertion, and then you can regulate how you deliver girth. You can pretty much tease her with it. ON EDIT: I see redbear made the same point above.

I agree with that and don’t want to even out my unit totally.
I just don’t want a too high difference from front to base - one inch would be ok. But through PE the difference got from 0,9 to 1,2.

I have been working with ulis 1” to 1.5” behind the head lately, and yes there is more of a concern with nerve damage at higher pressure levels and need for more recovery. However, this does not mean that you should be doing the same exercises every routine with the same reps. For example I do 30-50 midhead to head ulis once a week for one month, next month I will do 50-70 with lighter pressure, and then 100+ the month after with very light pressure. Adaptation to change is rule of pe.

Actually there are now four accepted spots on and within the vagina. The clitoris, the inner lips which are an extending of the roots of the clit, the g-spot or just in front of the urethral sponge which France(believe it or not) discovered is the furthest root of the clit, and the AFB or epicenter which just outside of the cervix. I am by no means arguing that a tapered penis is less pleasurable. Actually, a tapered penis is an evolutionary advantage being a wedge shape with a lip on the head. This allows for syphoning out another competitive males sperm. I’m not up for a evolution argument on this just making a point.
What I to achieve with my routine is lessen the taper so that the base is .5” to .25” greater than the head. I have made an improvements so far which but the head seems to be stubborn to growth.

Have you ever tried sadsak head exercises? I have had some luck with those.

I’ve been experimenting with sadsaks, head holds, head jelqs, head stretches etc.

The main problem was that the head is stubborn to growth and at the same time sensitive to overworking. My head only month should prove to be a challenge for me but I feel confident.

Well most of the problem from length comes from the man hitting the cervix and her body’s response to pull on the ovaries, or something similar. I have noticed the same thing from my wife when she hasn’t had an orgasm in a while like after her period. The solution is simple, doggy style! Doggy style with her head resting on a pillow and ass way up into air. This move allows her ovaries to hang further forwards allowing you to achieve full penetration without her wincing in pain.

Well this is interesting with the talk about head size. I have noticed the size of the glans is bigger than ever before, I don’t know what it can be attributed to though. Kegels, and jelqs would be my guess. It seems that most of the expansion when I do jelqs goes to the head.

I’ve tried the Ulis and the other mentioned exercise, without any results. I may just not be giving it enough time. I had quick gains before and it seems that I have slowed.

Not a big deal about the shape, like others have said you do have more control, and can still get some good oral. :)

One more thing on head size and expansion, it seems to me that keeping the glans moist 24/7 helps a great deal with expansion. In my opinion.

Bumping an old thread here. I took some time off, maybe a couple years, I’m really not sure. I had some gains go away so I’ve been on a mission to get back where I was. I’ve been using the approach again to try and even out some of my girth but it hasn’t worked. I am now embracing the cone shape. I got my initial gains back within a couple weeks and now have surpassed them. It’s great, I no longer look down and think how long and skinny the little guy is. I’m closing in on 6 at the base and close to my length goal of 7.5. (Can’t really go any longer due to the wife’s anatomy) Cheers to all the thunder’s guys that have stuck around and the new ones.
