Anyone else does not do kegels

I don’t know why, but I do not like doing kegels at all.am I alone on this?

I don’t sit around and do kegels.

But kegeling during some PE exercises is essential. And kegeling under the stress of a clamp is very effective in strengthening the muscles that pump blood to the penis. When I kegel these days I can literally feel a huge amount of blood being passed through to my dick with each kegel. It’s a great feeling and causes fast and rock hard erections.

Do you kegel when you masturbate as a habit or during PE exercises? I always plan on doing kegel routines but I never follow through I hate doing them alone as well and I really need to stick with them. I do them constantly during masturbation, sex, and PE though so maybe I am getting enough work done on my BC muscle.


PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

I always mean to do them, but I’ve only ever done them properly for about a week. I might try towel lifts, just because it would be easier to see whether or not I’m doing them correctly.

Kegeling is very important when you PE. Lose the negative attitude.

Perception is reality.

If you want more forceful ejaculations as well as harder erections you will do lots and lots of kegels.

Is it actually 100% proven that kegels lead to stronger erections? Everytime I’ve seen somebody ask about it, the answer has been fuzzy…

Try them and see for yourself :)

Yeah I had a hard time remembering that kegeling even existed at first, but like mentionned above, it’s unarguably advantageous for clamping :)

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Well they do take a good amount of time, especially if you’re already very busy. And in my case a well as some others, they caused me to have involuntary contractions which make me ejaculate much faster during sex.

Leaving kegel aside is like going to war without a weapon.think about it

Alex have you looked at issues online with Kegel Exercise and Premature Ejaculation? Seems some men have this problem http://www.herballove.com/article.asp?Art=68.

You can try other things like kegel while sitting this seems to work for me while driving or on the computer you cant be too busy to do a few a day at least. You can also do one strong contraction before you cum and stop grinding a few seconds during sex it will allow you more lasting time.
