Seriously. I am very interested in looking for ways to reduce erection for a period of time.

I have heard about pills to reduce sex drive. What are they? Any natural ways of doing this?

I am spending way too much time to do jelqing and stretching when my erection keeps getting in the way.

Oh and there are steroids to reduce your libido, by reducing your testosterone levels, but using them for this purpose is purely insane and retarded, as you can lower your libido for too long (in the worse case until you die :) ).

Just cum before you PE, that should do it.

I have the same problem. Now i wear ADS the whole day and i jelq after that. This helps me reduce erection level.

I did some online search on natural herbs. I believe my hand is “wired” to my sex brain.. LOL Literally..

Being an uncut doesn’t help either. Whenever I retract the skin for gripping or jelqing, the rubbing of foreskin rolling down to the shaft softly stimulates the ridge of the gland, which causes semi erection so easily. This is why I can’t grip with foreskin fully retracted and have to use vacuum cap style for hanging.

Well, yesterday I came up with a technique that I can share with those who have problem with too much erection during stretching and jelqing.

Kegel to Softie:
1) When you kegel continuously your erection should subside. So the strategy is whenever an erection occurs, continue to “kegel” short reps (like 1 or 2 seconds) until erection goes down to a stretchable level (under 20% level).

2) When you first pull out your penis, you are probably likely to increase more blood flow. So start off with a medium pull (not too hard). Continue to kegel. It takes me about 10-20 kegels to get below 10-20% erection level.

3) Once erection subsides from kegeling, then increase pulling intensity (and CONTINUE TO KEGEL).

4) I do 30 kegels (1 second to 2 seconds) for a decent pull. Then rest. And start again. The goal is to continue to kegel at medium force so you don’t tire yourself out too fast. After a while your penis may be trained NOT to react when you kegel.

5) Added benefit of kegel during pulling is that you actually increase stretching force as your unit retracts, so you don’t need to pull extra hard to get the same result.

** You can try this technique for hanging as well. Kegel whenever you feel like an erection is increasing.

The dilemma with this strategy is that I actually increase sex drive whenever I masturbate.

I am on a journey to reducing masturbation. 2-3 times a day is too much for me in the last 10 years. My brain is not functioning at optimal level.

But this addiction is tough to kill.

Soy products have estrogen like compounds, that might reduce erections. I thought that getting erections were are good thing as far as pe goes. When you get an erection, try doing something which requires an erection in pe.

Well, I will have no problem doing pumping and clamping (or advanced jelqing like horse squeezes). However, I believe I should target length as it is my primarily concern. Very few gain good length from girth exercises.

I want length!

Here’s the list that doctors/pharmacists/nurses rely on for hyper-sexuality patients. Many of them are also used for premature-ejaculation. Personally, I wouldn’t bother. It will go away with age, most likely.

Yes. But don’t trust anyone, including me. It’s easy to lie. Rxfiles is a really good guide that many Canadian doctors/pharmacists/nurses use to guide them with up to date/somewhat less biased drug-decisions. Much better and easier to use than the CPS (Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties).
