Hi Guys,

After lurking around a while, finally signed up. Started PE about 2 weeks ago or so, but still adjusting and trying to find whats right for me, basically getting used to doing it and what works for me and what doesn’t.

I have to say though, that newbie routine seems pretty hardcore, I’m more likely to aim for ~40 Jelqs for a week, up to 80 for a week, up to 120, before I get to 200 (another guide outside this site I read had ~200 Jelqs as being more expert rather than beginner, though I’m more inclined to take advice from here obviously).

A quick question, during stretches, should the BC muscle be ‘flexed’? When I’ve gained most of (if any) gains through lig stretching, should there be no/little reflex from this flex when at the 12 O’clock position? Currently I seem to have ~0.5” of kickback at 12 O’clock.

So, for example, I’m tending towards the JAI rather than normal stretches (JAI Stretch ~ Johan’s Active Isolated Stretches), on the 2 second stretch should the BC/PC muscle be contracted (I assume so and hence the point of the exercise).

Hi, yea thanks for that. I noticed that link before, but it seems very low. As in not even remotely close to the other one, as both are classed as newbie routines it’s a little confusing as to what is the best path to take.
