Always seem to be clenching the PC somewhat

I always seem to somewhat be clenching my PC muscle. During the day my penis is mostly withdrawn.

I can’t imagine this is good for my PE ambition. I’m not sure if this happens for anyone else. I know when I was younger (12?) I was peeing in the bathroom with the door open and the neighbor girl walked by. Was VERY startled by that and had problems urinating in front of anyone ever since.

How to learn to relax that thing?

Thanks, I usually search first didn’t expect to find anything on this. The “site:” option for google is very helpful especially with sites (like pinterest.com) that have a really awful search functionality.

No problem, I’m glad I could help.

I found some articles which talk about reverse kegels, basically what you do when you relax the PC to urinate. I just need to constantly remind myself to do this.I’ve set up notes on the computer screen at work to do this.

If you do it during sex, in conjunction with rythim deep breathing, you can last forever!
