After a month and....

After a month and....

No length gains. Girth gained a little but negligible.

Erections are super hard now thou, my 70% erection now is like my 100% previously, harder to jelq cos of the stiffness nowadays.

Probably not doing enough stretching.

Possibly sounds like you might be using too high of an erection level. I had no gains the first month of jelqing from this and doing too much. (This was before I found Thunders.)

In my opinion your healthy erection quality shows that you are doing something right. Yes, at the beginning you should be doing alot of stretching as that is where most of your gains will come from in your newbie phase. I like to stretch often, it enhances my FL so I feel better about it lol.
But seriously, we would need to see what routine are doing, as well as the frequency (i am assuming the newbie routine?). And as chronostone says you wouuld have to give an idea of your grip, and erection %.

Yeah I think you should try more stretching. Jelqing is only for girth AFAIK.

Also, you might be doing everything right. Your body just might take some time before showing the gains on length. From what I’ve read, some folks take months to show growth, but it comes. That said, I agree about the importance of stretching and considering erection level, should that be an issue for you. Otherwise, congrats on the awesome erections!

No, I disagree. Jelqing helps all parts of PE, both length and girth. How much it affects either dimension is relative to your erection level and grip. Higher erections (75+) is more towards girth and (<50) is length. The best of both worlds are at about 60%

Thank you my friends for all your kind replies.

I normally jelq @ 80% level.

Probably gonna lower it to 70% now.

My routine is as follows:

1) Morning hot shower warm up (3-5 mins), then jelq for 7-10mins.
2) Stretch after jelq for bout 5-7 mins, normally do this while I’m at the office but I run my hands in a hot tap then use my hands to warm up my penis (Gonna up it soon to 10 or 15mins depending on how my body reacts).
3) After work warm up in hot shower (3-5 mins again), then jelq for 10-15 minutes.
4) After shower and jelq, 70 (5 second hold) kegels, then 200 quick and high intensity ones. (Probably gonna do the 200 quick first as I noticed it acts well for holding kegels)

Gonna probably up my stretching to 20mins total a day gradually in the next month and see what happens.

Oh and I feel I use a normal grip nowadays.

Thanks for posting your routine. From what I’ve read, your erection level is good for jelqing. Your warm-up seems a little light, though. I’ve read that shower warm-ups are inferior to other forms (wet cloth, rice sock), and that instead of shooting for 3-5 minutes, you’re better off going for 5-10 minutes. Do you do a warm-down too? This heat is also helpful based on what others have said.

Also, why do you break your routine up to twice a day? This may actually compromise your body’s ability to heal itself between workouts. (If you worked out just once a day, you wouldn’t have to warm-up so many times and could therefore do longer warm-ups without spending more time PEing each day.)

I’m a beginner too, so this is based on my research here. I’ll be interested to read what others say.

I think my gains maybe hindered by the lack of stretching and also breaking up of my routine.

I kinda need to break up my routine cos I am overseas and living with a female roommate. I can’t just whip out my penis and start jelqing in front of her, and too long showers may cause suspicion.

I am still thinking of how to amend my routine.

Hello Supahfly.

Anything from 40-70% erection level works fine.

Training that much is counter-productive.

I would recommend the general newbie philosophy, train less to gain more.

After all guys that jelq for 10 mins and stretch for 7 mins reports gains of 1” or 0.5”.

If it worked for them, it can work for you as well.

My start date was Nov 5/07,started with DLD’s newbie routine slightly modified and I first measured on Dec 5/07 with a positive gain of 1/2” in length and .15” in girth.I am a happy camper so far and hope the newbie gains keep coming. :)

padawan, I would take your advice into consideration. Anyway I’m heading back to my home country soon and would have dedicated time in my room to do my routines.

Would start out slow again. Like Jelq 10mins, but gonna stretch for 10 minutes too, and gradually increase from there again.
