I normally jelq @ 80% level.
Probably gonna lower it to 70% now.
My routine is as follows:
1) Morning hot shower warm up (3-5 mins), then jelq for 7-10mins.
2) Stretch after jelq for bout 5-7 mins, normally do this while I’m at the office but I run my hands in a hot tap then use my hands to warm up my penis (Gonna up it soon to 10 or 15mins depending on how my body reacts).
3) After work warm up in hot shower (3-5 mins again), then jelq for 10-15 minutes.
4) After shower and jelq, 70 (5 second hold) kegels, then 200 quick and high intensity ones. (Probably gonna do the 200 quick first as I noticed it acts well for holding kegels)
Gonna probably up my stretching to 20mins total a day gradually in the next month and see what happens.
Oh and I feel I use a normal grip nowadays.
