I was wondering about this whole “3 months of training before using advanced techniques” deal.

I’ve read on this site that hanging with light weights right away is okay. I plan on doing that. I lose my grip too much when I do the manual stuff. Maybe make a Captain’s wench and stretch using that.

And clamping. I understand how this could be dangerous. Would starting out with one minute, for say.5 sets. And then increasing the time by one minute every two weeks or so be as damaging? It’s seems as if you’re “easing” into it this way..

The reason I want to do these things, is that it’s much easier to “hide” in the off chance that somebody comes walking downstairs while I’m “working out”. Plus, I have problems with dedication, and the more I have to do, on top of all the other things I’ve got, I know I’m going to slack, which has been the case as of yet.

Well, if you don’t care about hurting yourself go right ahead.

They say 3 months because the simple stretches is where you get all your fast gains, and they are huge gains because you are attacking the ligaments, which are so easy to stretch. With advanced routines, you aren’t attacking them, and you won’t see fast gains, and you’ll likely get frustrated and quit. Since you have dedication problems, you will probably quit within a week after seeing no gains when you could see 1/8th in. gains with ligaments in the same time.

And hiding? There are no supplies required to hide in the newbie routine.

It’s not so much the stretches that I have problems with, it’s the jelqs.

Clamping for a minute…pointless your not going to get expansion. Hanging with real low weight…don’t waste your time stretching is more effective.

Go into the bathroom and do some basic stretches then jelq for a while. If you can’t use the restroom do it where you would be clamping. I don’t see how it would be easy to hide something hanging off your dick. With the manual exercises its easy to hide and there is nothing but your dick to hide. Stick with the basics for 3 months if you can find the dedication.

If your having trouble with the jelqs try dry jelqs, just start slow and easy you don’t want to hurt yourself

Kingpole, I want to know how to jelq perfectly.. I have tried to read up on how to do it, But all people comment on is learning the “secrets, Tell me the secrets =)

I can understand the temptation but there’s a reason for the order of how things are done. There’s nothing wrong with ordering or making some hanging devices in the meanwhile, but it seems to me that what Springer240 said is right on the button. Work the newbie routine for easy initial gains. When the gains stop while doing the newbie routine, then go into more intensive workouts. I’ve started using light golf weights after the first month of the newbie routine. My cock feel ready for these weights, but I wouldn’t push it to anything heavier at this time.

As for the jelqing, I agree it’s boring to do, but try to keep focused on the long-term benefits of jelqing. While my FG and EG has only increased 1/16th of an inch, it’s still an increase and while it’s not much, it’s noticeable to me. That’s how I know it’s working. Another way I notice gains is my wife she seems to enjoy sex more since I’ve started PE’ing.

One last point. Your mind is the key to success. Believe in what you’re doing. Envision your goal and know that each day, you’re one step closer to attaining that goal. And don’t measure too often!!! It’ll happen, my friend.

Off topic: For any guys who are married or dating a significant other, I definitely recommend telling them about your involvement in PE. It would suck having to hide wraps, rice socks, pumps or whatever you do from them in order to lead a “secret life”. It’s also great to have the support from your woman.
