A small tip for warm-ups
This isn’t a big deal, just a little thing I’ve began doing and I think it can only help.
Basically, I started noticing how utterly bored I would get during my warm-up, so sometimes I’d shave off a minute or two. So, I started doing long-hold kegels during warm-up. It keeps me concentrated, I kill two birds with one stone, and my unit feels a lot warmer post warm-up. All positives :)
