A small tip for warm-ups

This isn’t a big deal, just a little thing I’ve began doing and I think it can only help.

Basically, I started noticing how utterly bored I would get during my warm-up, so sometimes I’d shave off a minute or two. So, I started doing long-hold kegels during warm-up. It keeps me concentrated, I kill two birds with one stone, and my unit feels a lot warmer post warm-up. All positives :)

Me too! I’ve started doing 5 sec kegels during warm-up and down. It is a wonderful time saver, as warm-ups and kegels are the least complicated of exercises and routines (of course, they’re both still very important).
