Hey guys! I’m basically after a few hints and tips due to certain circumstances in my life making a few things more difficult when it comes to exercising! Well theres really only one problem, but I’ll get to that in a bit!

I’m currently 5.75” erection length and around 5” girth. I’m hoping to get a good 6.5” length and 5.5”-6” girth results! Do you think this is a realistic target? Obviously I know it maye take time, even years, but what the hell, if I get the results the wait is well worth the while!

I’m thinking about 300-400 jelques per night with maybe a rest day every 2 days, and also a stretching routine, not sure which one yet……any recommendations?

Also, the third and final point is a bit of a problem! I work away during the week and therefore I struggle to warm up correctly i.e. using a hot rice pack! Is it suitable to warm the penis up in the shower? I stay in hotels mostly see, so I have only access to a shower!

Please, any advise about my routine would be greatly appreciated!

Your goals are absolutely achievable, and with som luck and hard work you could be there within a year, no promises though.

Regarding your routine I hope you have done the newbieroutine first, since 300-400 jelqs could easily lead to injury if you are not well conditioned. Hot shower for 10-15 minutes should do nicely as warmup, direct the hot water at your penis.

Haha, I love the no promises part! However I am totally prepared not to build my hopes up!

Well, I used to use the newbie routine, in fact I may use it for a few months before trying anything too heavy! Could you recommend a good stretching routine for length gains?

Sorry, I haven’t stretched manually for over a year. All my length gains comes from jelqs, BTCs and fowfers.

You get good gains from jelqs mate? I hate the uncomfortable feeling i get after stretches so I prefer to do only jelqs if possible!

Also, I have heard good things about fowfers, is it just flacid gains that you can achieve or also erect gains with this exercise?

I’ve made 1.3” of length gains from mostly jelqs and fowfers. I stopped doing stretches because I thought it was boring and tiring, and wanted to focus on girth. In retrospect my jelq technique at the time was more suited for length gains perhaps (EQ, pressure etc.), but it was quite puzzling at first to gain a lot in length and only 0.2” girth when all I did was jelqing. Regarding the fowfers IMO these where a significant part of my erect gains as well as flaccid.

Sounds good mate! Great gains by the way! I hope to gain as much as you have in the future, I will definately be adding fowfers for the simple reason that they are so easy to do lol! Do you have a maximum time you’d do the fowfer for? I heard its max 90mins at a time?

Also, the technique you used when jelqing, what aided the length gain? quicker strokes?

Low erection jelqs, 40% max, and quick low pressure strokes. Note that I only do dry jelqing with a bit of Vaseline, but I’m not sure if this is important. Fowfers and BTC’s are completely random, whenever I sit in the coach, in front of the computer etc. I’ll just tuck it inn for as long as feels comfortable.

whats the difference between fowfers and BCT’s pal? Cant see BCT info at the moment

Well, BTC stands for “between the cheeks”, you stretch your penis over your nuts and as far back as possible, ideally between your but cheeks, then you sit down and enjoy the stretch. With fowfers you stretch your penis and tuck it in beside your nuts in an elongated position and press together to keep the stretch.

Right! I attempted the BTC’s last night, for about 60mins! felt good and easy to do! I will definately implement them into my routine everyday!
