6 months of consistent PE, no gains. What next?

6 months of consistent PE, no gains. What next?

Hi everyone,

I have done the newbie routine consistently for 6 months without any gains. I worked my way from 2 sets of 30 second stretches in 5 directions (left, up, right, down, straight out) and 50 dry jelqs to 3 sets of 30 second stretches and 100 dry jelqs. I do 1 on 1 off.

What do you guys think I should do? Should I keep going while maintaining 3 sets of stretches and 100 dry jelqs for another 6 months? Or should I add more stretch sets or more dry jelqs? Or should I take a deconditioning break? Or should I look into pumping or something?

Any advice will be appreciated greatly.

Thanks

Hello Zyzzing!
I think you should skip jelking. Not many here that actually gain anything from that. Start stretching for 20 min 5 times a week and hold each stretch for at least 2 min. Learn the V-grip to be able to hold the stretch longer. Do most of your stretch down or even better BTC. If you want you could start pumping as a compliment. It’s an easy PE method that you can do in front of the TV.
Good Luck!

Do you do proper warm up and warm down? Heat is very important. Also consider adding an edging session at the end of your routine.

Stats 7/7/2017- 8.2 BPEL 5.3 MSEG

Picture thread- Some pictures for inspiration.

Jelqing is a base for almost all routines, for good reason, many many have gained from jelqing here and everywhere else. You may not be doing it correctly.

6 months of the newbie routine is a long time. Time to ramp it up and work on techniques.

Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

I’ve never gained length from high force stretching. There seems to be a sweet spot for gains when it comes to the amount of force and time. Less force and more time seems to be better.

I’ve had good results from light penis pumping at 5 inHg for 20 minutes every other day and light hanging with a .5lbs.. I stopped doing jelqing, clamping, and manual stretches a long time ago because, while I did gain significantly I plateaued and got some persistent discoloration, loss of sensitivity, and weaker erections (all from aggressive clamping I believe). The routine I have been doing now does seem to have lightened the penis and improved erection strength, but I am not entirely sure because I didn’t objectively measure any of these things.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Did your EQ improve? Are you getting better erections? If not, you may be doing things wrong. Your technique may be off.

Took me years to learn how to jelq correctly.

You may just need to work on technique.
If your EQ has not gone up, you definitely don’t need to be doing more. In that case, perhaps focusing on technique for a bit would be best. You want to see signs of better EQ. Especially when jelqing is involved.

Now that I think about it I think my EQ has stayed the same or slightly decreased. I will focus on improving my technique.

Thanks

I warm up but I don’t warm down. I’ll add that to my routine. I will consider edging as well.

Thanks
