Hi all I’m 5 weeks in now doing the linear newbie routine should I have made any newbie gains yet or improved erection quality because I have neither yet. I know it’s a slow process but plenty on here mention newbie gains. I’ve ordered a couple of cable clamps for a couple of months time but the whole clamping thing is a bit scary to me. I’m thinking of adding the bedtime fowfers that have been mentioned. What words of guidance can you give me. I’m also really interested in flaccid gains .

I’d stay away from clamping for now, it’d be a bit too much (I am 2 months in and don’t plan to).

At 5 weeks, unless you have only been doing length exercises, EQ should definitely have improved, as well as flaccid gains. Maybe 1/4 inch erect gains at max, but the EQ and flaccid should be improved.

I don’t know your routine or your starting stats, but using heat, stretching properly, and jelqing with sufficient pressure is the way to go (unfortunately, sufficient pressure differs from person to person). To me it sounds like undertraining, which only means that you’d need to increase the routine slightly. Just listen to your body’s feedback, and take it easy.

We’re all different. Jelqing almost immediately improved my EQ.

I will state that it is tough for me to gauge my exact gains because of ruler shyness. Jelqing and the inverted v stretch seem to be the best bang for your buck exercises, so far, to me.

Thanks for the replies . I thought I would of seen some increases by now . Might need to increase the amount of jelqs or even go to dry jelqing. When you see the how to videos on here they don’t seem to apply a massive amount of pressure . Maybe my grip is a little soft also

Some folks here work on their gains for years. If it takes years to gain an inch I’d not expect miracles after 5 weeks. Frustrating, I know. Same here :)

My first gains came after the 4th month on PE.

So, it is too early, do not give up.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Be easy on yourself. Increasing pressure hard and fast could be detrimental. Just take the attitude of the long game and be pleasantly surprised. You can increase your pressure or repetitions BUT just note that you need to be conscious of your erection equality and frequency.

If Erection Quality or Erection Frequency go down, ease up or take a break from PE. Sometimes, increasing pressure or routine length some folks go overboard. Just be careful.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Well a few more weeks into the newbie routine and I must say my EQ is better and my flaccid size has increased but my erect size or girth have not . Is this the norm

Yes. It just means you’re slow to get results. That’s exactly how gains start out. You are on the right track. Keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t amp it up until you’re sure you need to.

I am 2 months in, and have decided not to measure until my 6th month. Focusing more on feeling your body’s response and enjoying the EQ gains is easier, and takes the pressure off of the potential of no results, which can be discouraging.

Do you think my technique is a bit wrong and that’s why I’ve not gained . My routine is 25 dry jelqs 100 wet ones plus the stretches in the newbie routine . I’ve just this last couple of days done 2 x 10 mins clamps . What do you think

In my opinion, it is too early to clamp. I would recommend clamping when everything else is not providing girth anymore, like: dry jelq, squeezes, ULIs, pumping, flaccid bends, sadsaks etc.

Been there before and didn’t gain a millimeter.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Now 7.5” x 4.9” (5.1" BEG)

Ooh better stop clamping then . I’ll try squeezes , see how I go with them . Thanks for the pointer Lenny , it’s appreciated
