4 months in routine
Hey everybody, so I have been following a routine since January doing 2 on 1 off consistently. Basically I will do about a 10 min warm up with a heat pad into 2x 40 sec stretch of down, out, up, left, right, down left, down right, and stretching in a circle clockwise and counterclockwise. This is about 12 min of stretching that I worked up to over time never pulling with too much pressure.
After that I go into a set of 120 jelqs (built up to that number VERY slowly as my EQ would drop with too much) trying to keep it low to medium EQ but sometimes getting up to around 70% EQ.
I do 10 min of edging after the workout and then take a shower and wear and elastic cock ring while I warm down with the heat pad for another 10+ min. Then I’ll throw on an ADS and wear that for 2-6 hours.
So far the PI’s I am getting from this have been great. I hang lower and am more puffed up for a couple of hours. It looks like my flaccid has gotten a bit longer too and I am getting a lot of night and morning wood.
My stats starting were 6.25” BPEL by 4.5” EG and after 4 months when I measured last I was at 6.75” BPEL by 4.875” EG (these were at 10/10 EQ so not sure if I could maintain that constantly). Haven’t measured for a while so I am not sure if these have stuck or what.
I wanted to get some opinions on what I should do now that I have been doing PE for a few months with good consistency. My plan has been to just stick to my reg routine and maybe slowly increase the number of jelqs and intensity of stretches as needed but I am curious if anybody thinks I should incorporate new workouts into my routine. I feel like if it ain’t broken don’t fix it, but would still like some feedback and opinions as I don’t really know the best way to proceed from here.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
