My evolution in 10 months. newbie routine

Hello guys!
I’m here again to share my experience and my happiness with you. I started PE this year, in the beginning of march, I was worried about my penis size.. I was 5.5 BPEL and 5.5 EG and at that moment I never had problems with sex, to be honest, most of the girls that I had sex before PE have orgasm. Nevertheless I always thought that a bigger penis would make it easier cause the girls would “fell more” with a big dick inside (considering the same sexual skills).

I am doing newbie routine since march.. And I really don’t increase the time or number at any time. I always do this routine (with some pauses of 5 days maximum):

10 min warming (at shower)
10-15 min stretching (I do some V stretch too)
10-15 min of jelq

2 day on / 1 day off (most of time)

At July I was 6 inches BPEL and 5.6 EG.. For me that was the proof that PE really works.. So reading thunder’s I decided to keep the training.. Not increasing time or repetitions.

Yesterday, I picked up the ruler and measure again.. And guys.. I have to admit, I was very happy but I feel like that I was expecting a result not worse than that:

My new size is 6.5 BPEL and 5.65 EG.. 1 inch in length, 0,15 inches in girth..
At January 1st I will complete 10 months doing PE. I am thankful for all the knowledge I found here and hope nice gains to all of you.

A question that I think I already have the answer: Would I have to increase time or think about new exercises?

What is your NBPEL dude. You have good gains keep the manual going you have length potential.

As you probably guessed: don’t change anything while you are still gaining. When gains stop or become very slow, either increase time or add or substitute an exercise. Always keep the jelqs in your routine though.

Hi! My NBPEL is 6.1.. This difference between NBPEL and BPEL tells something? Sorry my ignorance..
If this matter for something, I am 27 years old.. 6 feet tall and 188 lbs.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"

Thanks! My starting NBPEL was 5.1.. This made length with my initial girth (5.5) was a problem, cause it looked like very small.
Now I am really glad with my new size.. I hope to achieve 7.5 inches BPEL next year (I know it is very difficult) and them try some girth exercise.

Thanks! I would be very very happy if I keep growing with this routine..
I have a before picture, not with the ruler.. But I can this the difference just looking. I’ll take a picture with a ruler to compare in the future, now I miss that I didn’t do it in the beginning, to be honest I was a little skeptic.

I take some breaks 3 or 4 breaks at these months.. Some breaks takes about a week and I did that because “my penis told me I need rest”.. Hard to explain cause I never made over training.. I just felt sometimes that my erection started to become worse than normal I made some pause.
