3 wks into it, gains already?
I am three weeks into it, and have went from a 5.00 BPEL, to a 5.375 BPEL, and girth from 4.20-4.25. I was 5.5 back when I was in high school almost ten years ago. Maybe I measured wrong? Thats what I keep telling myself, and that I really don’t have any gains. But, if I can do that in three weeks, then I am happy with that. I usually stretch for about 10 minutes, and then do jelq’s for about 15 minutes or so. Seems to be working. I will keep my fingers crossed.
