3 Questions from a newbie
1) Is it better to stretch up and out, or straight down? I read that up and out is best for erect length gains but I don’t see how it can stretch the ligs?
2) Is manual stretching as effective as hanging weights or using traction devices like the Trac-Man? Most of the programs that use manual stretches say to stretch for 1 minute, release and repeat in all different directions. Is this effective or does the tension need to be constant for longer that 1 minute intervals ie hanging weight for 20 minutes straight?
3) Is jelqing worth the time? Does it have any effect on length? Can it be done right after stretching?
